Hey, I’m Colby. I’ve been teaching health, fitness, and nutrition to busy adults just like you for the past decade. I’m a husband and father and totally obsessed with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’m also the creator of Three Sixty Thrive, a 12-week VIP health coaching program for men who want to lose weight while also building healthier habits around nutrition, exercise, and sleep.
Here in Arvada, I work one on one with goal oriented adults who value personal relationships, accountability, and professional guidance on their path to sustained health and fitness. You can learn more about my client success stories by clicking here.
Deep Health Focused
We all know that true health and longevity goes deeper than looking better naked or dropping a few pounds. That’s all great (and totally achievable), but this narrow minded focus leads to burnout and inconsistent results. When you work with me, you’ll develop a well rounded approach to health and fitness with a major focus on sustainability and longevity.
VIP Experience
Have you ever joined a new gym, excited and ready to change, only to get lost in the shuffle of hundreds of other members? Yeah, me too. While group training can be a good solution for some, I’ve found that a personalized and holistic approach leads to better results that are easy to maintain through the rhythm of real life.
Strategies for Real Life
Kids. Last minute meetings. Holidays. Travel. These are all things that life likes to throw at us, and when this happens it’s easy to get derailed. Working with me, you’ll develop a better sense of your priorities while also learning how to stay consistent even through the most stressful times.
Before joining the startup world, I was an avid athlete and trainer. I played professional rugby and competed in CrossFit competitions.
But things got bad fast once I started a new demanding job.
I was eating like I was still training 15 hours per week… but in reality, I was inactive for the vast majority of the day.
I coped with my stress by eating bags of gummy bears – no joke. That was my go-to. That and Papa John’s sausage pizza.
My low activity levels and poor eating habits led to slow and steady weight gain – at my peak, I weighed in at 240 pounds and 25% body fat.
So instead, I developed a newer, better way to create permanent results — without dieting, restricting entire food groups, or doing weird or insane workouts.
It’s a personalized, sustainable, practice-based approach that builds healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.
Here’s what I look like today.
